All Nepal Hiking (ANH) trip booking Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions contain important information for booking the trip. It is important that you read them with awareness and understand them. The Booking Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between All Nepal Hiking (ANH)  and you for the services provided by All Nepal Hiking (ANH) and set out the origin of your legal relationship with ANH.
Reservation and Payment:
 A deposit of 25 % of total trip cost per person for reservation,
 the balance of the tour cost must be paid on your arrival.
In terms of Tibet/Bhutan trip, total cost should be paid before three weeks of the trip start.
 For Credit Card payment, we only accept Visa or MasterCard and a 4 % charge will be added for card processing fee.

We do not make refunds for any unused portion of your trip, such as unused hotel rooms, meals, or trek arrangements, for any reason whatsoever.
Cancelled trips
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to low sign-up (although we can run the trip for even one  person in many case), which makes the trip economically nun-achievable for us to operate. In such a case, a full refund is given. All Nepal Hiking is not liable for expenses incurred in preparing for the trip, i.e. equipment, medical or visa fees.
ANH take the right to change the itinerary without notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as political disturbances, natural calamity, and charges in the itinerary by the Chinese / Bhutanese / Nepalese authorities etc.
As in Nepal no medical / travel insurance is made for foreigners, everyone should be insured dully in own home country. In case of accident we, All Nepal Hiking (P) Ltd, arrange necessary rescue services, or obtain medical team up to the incident spot as earliest as possible, but all the extra expenses to be beard by the person him / herself. Any document should produce for further insurance claim / compensation, ANH will available each and every possible document.
If any discriminating activities such as Religious, Cultural, Economical, Political, Social etc. carried out, the local government administration may prevent you doing further trip for which ANH  doesn’t hold any responsibility.
Guide’s or Sherpa’s or any local people's suggestions-about the condition of weather, or condition of the trail or anything to which many think advisable, must be advised. Ignorance of such may harm you or your health for what no other will take the responsibilities.
In certain countries like Tibet, Bhutan the Govt. have right to grant or reject the visa, close the boarder in case of failure to get the visa or enter boarder we have no control over it. Passport and Visas
All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu Airport ( TIA). Nepalese visas costs are the sole responsibility of clients. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is compulsory for all Clients undertaking any tour. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.
Health and Fitness
All our Nepal tours and treks require a level of fitness, there for you should always check with your local GP regarding your health and fitness before you travel. It’s the client’s responsibility to notify All Nepal Hiking of any pre-existing medical condition and/or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of you required medical attention, that may affect your ability to travel.
Children Travel
A legal guardian must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have a question regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.
You agree that All Nepal Hiking may use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.
Changes to your Holiday and Pricing
Traveling in south Asia and Himalaya with All Nepal Hiking specially requires a degree of flexibility, good sense humors and an understanding that modes of transport, accommodation and itineraries may change, even after the tour has commenced, without prior notice due to local circumstances such as flight delay, cancellation or postponement due to notorious weather in the Himalayan regions or other unpredictable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest or delay arrival etc. All Nepal Hiking is unable to refund any dues under the above circumstances due to prior supplier arrangements. If possible we will always make an effort to provide you an alternative or substitute trip of same category.
All Nepal Hiking does not accept any responsibility for loss on employment, delays or compensation resulting from situations beyond our control. Our holidays, tour / trek packages, are based on twin share accommodation. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with.
We reserve the right to revise pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, flight fare, government action etc.
In order to collect information from you to making a booking through All Nepal Hiking we ask many questions to obtain the necessary permits etc. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes.
Risk & Liabilities
We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs in Nepal are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of their own policies.
Therefore All Nepal Hiking and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

We ask that you read our Responsible Travel and Ethnic Tourism policy in detail before you book your holiday with us, as we expect that you will adhere to our policy and guidelines while traveling with us.
